Personal income tax

Taxpayers with an income below 30,000 zloty a year are exempt from personal income tax. On income above 120,000 zloty the tax is 10,800 zloty plus 32% of the amount over 120,000 zloty.

Corporate income tax

The corporate income tax rate is 19%.

The standard VAT rate in Poland is 23%.
