Company formation abroad

From classic offshore centres to Hong Kong, the UAE and Europe. Open fees, details inside every jurisdiction.

FAQ

How much does it cost to set up a company abroad?
It depends on the jurisdiction: from a few thousand dollars in classic offshore centres to five figures in Europe and the Channel Islands. Each jurisdiction page lists formation and annual renewal separately.
Do I need to travel there in person?
In most jurisdictions no: documents are signed remotely and certified with an apostille. A visit is more often needed for the bank account than for the registration itself.
Which jurisdiction is cheapest?
Classic offshore zones are cheapest, but they come with trade-offs: banks are reluctant to open accounts and EU counterparties often refuse to deal. Saving on formation frequently costs you in payments.
What happens after the company is formed?
It has to be renewed annually and file reports where required. We remind you ahead of deadlines: late penalties usually cost more than the service, and some registries strike companies off.
Can you help open a bank account for the new company?
Yes, that is a separate service: we match a bank or payment institution to the business profile, prepare the compliance file and run the application to a decision.
