We set up and maintain companies (Czech Republic) end to end: paperwork, filing, registered address, and, where needed, nominee services, apostille and bank account assistance. Every service is priced separately below, so you only pay for what you actually need.

Prices are indicative and cover our work on a typical case. We confirm the exact quote in writing after a short call - you know the final number before we start. Government fees and bank tariffs are billed separately unless explicitly included.
How it works
- Consultation. We look at the task: why the company, expected volumes, payment geography. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need a different jurisdiction, and we say so upfront.
- Quote and documents. The price is fixed in writing; you collect documents against a checklist.
- Formation. We file and manage the process; you receive the full corporate document set.
- Maintenance. We remind you about renewals and filings in advance: late penalties almost always cost more than the service.
