Who can get the visa
The visa is open to foreign nationals from Portuguese-speaking countries, ECOWAS member states, Europe and North America who work for a company outside Cabo Verde or are self-employed.
Financial requirements
You need to show an average bank account balance over the last 6 months of €1,500 (roughly $1,750) for an individual applicant, or €2,700 for a family. This is an account balance, not monthly income.
