An honest assessment before work starts, the quote is fixed in writing.

We assess your chances against your profile, prepare the compliance file, help you present your source of funds properly and handle communication with the bank until it decides. FAQ

Can a foreigner open a company account in Georgia?
Yes - a non-resident can register a Georgian LLC in a day or two and apply as its owner and director. There is no requirement to live in the country. Registration is the quick part; the account is where applications actually fail, and approval is always at the bank's discretion.
Do I have to fly to Georgia to open a business account?
Usually yes. Most banks want the director or beneficial owner in the branch to sign and be identified. Power of attorney openings exist but get a harder look and are not offered everywhere.
What does a Georgian bank ask a company during compliance?
Ownership down to the ultimate beneficial owner, what the business actually does, who your counterparties are and where they sit, and where the first money comes from. Expect to hand over contracts, invoices, a website and proof of address. Screening has tightened noticeably since 2023, especially for clients with Russian or Belarusian connections.
What if a Georgian bank rejects my company?
Banks are not obliged to explain a refusal and normally do not, and there is no appeal process. The realistic move is a fresh application at another bank with a stronger pack showing real activity. Payment providers and EMIs can bridge the gap but do not replace a bank account for everything.
