Bahrain is a compact Gulf market with clear rules for foreigners: non-residents can buy freehold property only in designated freehold zones. In practice that means modern districts of Manama and reclaimed-land projects such as Amwaj Islands, Reef Island and Juffair. There is no personal income tax, and the Bahraini dinar is pegged to the US dollar. An important immigration bonus: owning property of a qualifying value is one of the official routes to Bahrain's ten-year golden residency visa; under the current rules the threshold for property owners is 200,000 Bahraini dinars, though the conditions should be verified at the time of purchase.
Our work starts with the goal: rental income, a base in the Gulf or long-term residency. We shortlist properties strictly within the zones open to foreigners, vet the developer or seller and the legal status of the property, manage the transaction and title registration, and help with ownership structuring. If the goal is the golden visa, we confirm that the property meets the program's requirements before any deposit is paid and run the application alongside the purchase.
