Cyprus is one of the most straightforward Mediterranean markets for a foreign investor: a legal system rooted in English common law, an English-speaking business environment and steady international demand in Limassol, Paphos and Larnaca. The citizenship program closed in 2020, but permanent residency by investment remains: buying new residential property from EUR 300,000 plus VAT qualifies the whole family for PR. Non-EU buyers need Council of Ministers approval - in practice a formality, with a cap on the number of properties. The north of the island is a separate matter: transactions there carry serious title risks, and we only work in the territory controlled by the Republic of Cyprus.

We then support the transaction, registration with the Land Department, ownership structuring and, where needed, the permanent residency application.
