Redomiciliation from BVI to UAE (RAK)
Open pricing. The final quote is fixed in writing before work starts.
Redomiciliation moves a company from the BVI to Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) while keeping its legal personality: the company continues to exist, only the jurisdiction of registration changes. It is for owners of BVI companies who are better served by the UAE - for banking, business infrastructure or presence requirements.
The procedure has two parts, and we run both. The outbound part on the BVI: corporate resolutions, government fees, the status change in the BOSS system, publication in the local gazette. The inbound part in RAK: preparing and filing the continuation documents in the UAE. After that we keep the company on annual maintenance.
