The BVI economic substance rules require companies carrying on certain relevant activities to show a real presence on the islands: an office, staff, management. This service is for owners of BVI companies that fall under these requirements and want no trouble with the regulator or their registered agent.
We start by working out which requirements apply to your company - they depend on the type of activity. Then we close them one by one: an office lease at the registered address, a dedicated BVI phone line, an employee hired under an employment contract. There is a minimum substance package, and for more complex cases the setup is extended.
