The program is meant for entrepreneurs launching innovative projects with high growth potential. To get the startup visa you have to meet several conditions.
Requirements for the applicant
- An innovative business plan. The project must be new and original, and must not duplicate existing companies.
- Sponsor endorsement. You need backing from an accredited British incubator, accelerator or university.
- Financial standing. At least £1,270 per applicant.
- English language. Level B2 or above on the CEFR scale.
- No criminal record and compliance with immigration requirements.
