Legal grounds for residence

To get a Thailand residence permit by investment, you can choose one of four cards:

  • Gold Card - a one-off fee of 900,000 baht and a permitted stay of 5 years. Family members cannot be included in the application.
  • Platinum Card - a one-off fee of 1.5 million baht plus 1 million baht for each dependant, with a permitted stay of 10 years.
  • Diamond Card - a joining fee of 2.5 million baht plus 1.5 million baht for each dependant, with a permitted stay of 15 years.
  • Reserve Card - a one-off fee of 5 million baht plus 2 million baht for each dependant, with a permitted stay of 20 years. This card is issued by invitation only.
