Legal basis
The visa had two streams.
Significant Business History stream
- Ownership of a successful business with a proven track record
- Assets of at least 1.5 million Australian dollars
- Annual turnover of at least 3 million Australian dollars in two of the last four financial years
Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream
- Funding from an Australian venture capital firm - at least 1 million Australian dollars to develop an innovative project
