Legal basis
The visa is governed by Australian migration law with strict selection criteria. To qualify, you must meet all of the following:
- Outstanding achievements. Your level must significantly exceed the industry norm and hold international significance — in your profession, sport, arts, or academic research.
- Benefit to Australia. You must show potential to contribute substantially to Australia's economic, scientific, or cultural development.

Lodge the visa application
