An honest assessment before work starts, the quote is fixed in writing.

We assess your chances against your profile, prepare the compliance file, help you present your source of funds properly and handle communication with the bank until it decides. The final decision always rests with the bank, so no one can guarantee an opening - careful preparation simply improves the odds.

We quote the exact cost for this country after a short consultation: it depends on the bank and your residency. The quote is fixed in writing before work starts.

FAQ

Can an offshore company open a bank account in Panama?
You can, but the era of easy offshore accounts is over. Panamanian banks want full disclosure of beneficial owners, an understandable business and documented source of funds, and structures with no real activity are increasingly filtered out at the door.
Do I have to travel to Panama to open a company account?
Most banks want to meet the signatory or at least run a video interview. Applications are usually filed through a local lawyer or registered agent, but a power of attorney does not always replace the meeting.
What documents do Panamanian banks ask a company for?
Corporate documents and a certificate of good standing, the ownership structure, passports and proof of address for beneficial owners, bank and professional references, a business description with contracts or invoices, and proof of source of funds. Foreign language documents need translation and an apostille.
How long does it take to open a bank account in Panama?
Count in weeks rather than days: compliance reviews the file, comes back for more, and the decision goes through a committee. Foreign-owned companies routinely take longer, and a refusal without a stated reason remains normal practice.
