Slovakia is a small, quiet market in the center of Europe: the country is an EU and eurozone member, and most activity is concentrated in and around Bratislava. Foreigners, including non-EU citizens, can buy apartments and houses without significant restrictions; the exceptions concern agricultural and forest land. Slovakia has no golden visa or any other residency by real estate program - a purchase by itself does not grant the right to live in the country. This is a market without hype and without immigration bonuses, most interesting for people already connected to the country or the region through work, business or family.
We source property for your specific goal - a home for yourself, a rental asset or a purchase ahead of a future move - verify legal cleanliness through the cadastre, the property's history and encumbrances, manage the transaction and help with ownership structuring, including buying through a company where justified. If your goal is living in Slovakia, we keep two processes separate: a residence permit is obtained on its own grounds, for example through business, while property can be part of the picture but not a substitute for it.
