An honest assessment before work starts, the quote is fixed in writing.

We assess your chances against your profile, prepare the compliance file, help you present your source of funds properly and handle communication with the bank until it decides. The final decision always rests with the bank, so no one can guarantee an opening - careful preparation simply improves the odds.

We quote the exact cost for this country after a short consultation: it depends on the bank and your residency. The quote is fixed in writing before work starts.

FAQ

Can I open an account in Dominica for an offshore company?
Registering a company in Dominica is easy; getting it a local bank account is not. The banking sector is small, and tighter correspondent banking requirements pushed banks to cut back sharply on non-resident structures. Many clients end up banking outside Dominica entirely.
Do I need a local director for a company account in Dominica?
The law requires a registered agent and address in the country, not a resident director. The bank, however, looks for genuine presence: a local director, staff or regional clients materially improve your chances. Without any of that, the application reads as a pure offshore shell and is often declined.
What does a Dominica bank ask a company for?
Incorporation documents, registers of shareholders and directors, beneficial ownership disclosure, a description of the business and its money flows, bank reference letters, and sometimes financial statements. They will test the source of capital and any exposure to sanctioned jurisdictions. With small compliance teams, review takes longer than in major financial centres.
Is a Dominica bank good for international payments?
Treat it with caution. Eastern Caribbean banks rely on a handful of USD correspondents, so payments can be slower and face extra screening. Companies commonly keep a parallel account with a payment institution or a bank in a larger jurisdiction for day-to-day settlement.
