Investment property: Namibia

We act on the buyer's side: shortlist, checks, end-to-end deal support.

Namibia is a small but orderly market in southern Africa: a legal system based on Roman-Dutch law, a functioning deeds registry and two main centres of demand - the capital Windhoek and coastal Swakopmund. Foreigners can buy residential and commercial property freehold; restrictions apply primarily to agricultural land, where purchases by non-residents require government approval. Namibia has no residency or citizenship programme tied to property - this is a market for people interested in the country itself, not in an immigration bonus attached to a deal.

We select a property to match your goal - a coastal home, urban real estate or a commercial asset, verify legal title and the land's status, support the transaction and help structure ownership. If legal residence in the country is also on your agenda, we will explain which immigration routes exist independently of the purchase. We do not promise returns.

FAQ

Can a foreigner buy property in Namibia?
Yes, foreigners can buy residential and commercial property freehold. The main restrictions concern agricultural land, where purchases by non-residents require government approval.
Does buying property grant Namibian residency?
No. There is no residency or citizenship programme tied to property; the right to stay is handled through the country's regular immigration categories, separately from the purchase.
Where do I start?
With a consultation: we define your goal, budget and location. We then shortlist properties, verify title and land status and support the transaction through to registration in the deeds registry.

Don’t want to figure this out alone?
